Because of my new job I have to WOD...4:10.....ouch. Because of my new job I have to WOD at 6:30am, which requires me to get up around 5:45/6, which I've been whining about. Guess I'll shut it. <br />I've also noticed since I started this regularly that my performance has taken a dive. I am NOT a morning person.
